Dario G is the stage name of English musician Paul Spencer. Dario G was originally a trio known for their dance and trance music. The group formed in Cheshire, England and consisted of three DJs and producers Scott Rosser, Paul Spencer and Stephen Spencer (the Spencers are not related).
The group changed their name from Dario to Dario G after being threatened with legal action from an artist of the same name.
The track Sunchyme was released in 1997 and became a commercial success, reaching high positions on various music charts. The song is characterized by its uplifting and melodic trance sound, which was popular during the late 1990s rave and dance scene. Dario G's music often features a blend of electronic and dance elements, combining catchy melodies with energetic beats.
While Sunchyme remains their most well-known track, Dario G has released several albums and other singles as well. Some of their other notable songs include Carnaval de Paris, which was the official theme song for the 1998 FIFA World Cup, and Dream to Me.

In the summer of 2022, Dario G performed at the '00s revival event "We Love the 2000s", along with contemporary acts like Wyclef Jean, Kate Ryan and Bomfunk MC's.
